Bay Alarm Medical improved its mobile devices in 2022—they're now neck-and-neck with Medical Guardian's in terms of weight and tracking technology. Medical Guardian still has the upper hand with a longer range for its in-home buttons.
Medical Guardian also sells voice-activated buttons, whereas Bay Alarm Medical doesn’t offer any voice-activated equipment.
