Professionals at ADT monitoring centers watch your system for you, but the more you add to your system, the more they have to watch. This means you can expect a higher monthly fee if you want features like a doorbell camera or automatic locks.

The ADT Command Tier I plan gives you access to the mobile app, Google Home app. This app lets you control your home from anywhere in the world. If you’re out of town, you can turn on the lights so your home looks occupied. You can check in with your kids through live video before you leave work.
From the Google Home app, you can arm and disarm your system, watch live video, and control your lights, locks, and thermostat. Your system sends up-to-date alerts to your phone when it senses something. Wireless security cameras
ADT uses the latest in wireless technology to make sure your home is not marred by the appearance of unsightly cables and wiring systems. ADT's video options range from HD indoor cameras that look at home on a bookshelf to video doorbells to greet your visitors. If you want live video sent to your ADT app, expect to pay more for monitoring, but you'll be able to check in on your home from anywhere.

Ease of installation
An ADT authorized installer will visit your home at your convenience for a full evaluation. When you find the ADT monitored security plan that meets your needs, your ADT home alarm system will be professionally installed. As an added bonus, same-day installation options may also be available in your geographic area.
ADT uses installation professionals to set up customers’ systems, which means your equipment will be ideally placed to maximize your home's security. Pro install will cost you, though. Installation fees vary depending on your equipment.
ADT mover’s security guarantee
It doesn’t matter whether you install an ADT security system in a new house, or a home you’ve known for years. ADT offers their “Mover’s Security Guarantee” to all of their customers. If you find that you need to move after two years of continuous service, ADT makes it easy for you to set up a new security package for your next home.
ADT customer service
Should you have questions, the team at ADT is always available. To welcome new customers to the advantages that come with security cameras, your ADT security package comes with a “money-back service guarantee” within six months of installation. This guarantee applies if your system is faulty during the first six months and ADT can't fix the problem. With an array of monitoring packages and the company's commitment to superior customer service, there are a lot of reasons to trust ADT to professionally secure your home.
